Riverrun was an interdisciplinary art and science project focused on collective creativity, developed in collaboration with theoretical physicist, Dr. Bartolomé Luque (UPM, Madrid) and a team of programmers.

It functioned as an art event in physical space, a series of collective online experiments in which writers collaborated in real time, and an object of scientific and theoretical analysis. It explored how we are influenced by others and how we compete and collaborate as we create collectively within a social network. It was supported by Medialab Prado and given final support by MODELICO, Ministry of Education and Science, Spain.

Various iterations were presented through exhibitions, workshops, and international festivals. More information and a number of publications are available on this blog.

XYZ010 focused on exploring the similarities and differences in the creative process of artists and scientists. It invited scientists from around the world to respond to a series of questions about creativity in their native language(s). Its development was supported by Medialabmadrid and The International Museum of Electrography (MIDECIANT), Spain. Project website.
